The service was great. Staff members were attentive and amazing. They made sure the facilities were clean. The riad smelled and felt uber luxurious!!! The Hamam and Spa service were very nice and also competitively priced.

I noticed that the room was located on the ground floor. A thin wooden door separated it from the entrance lobby. The noise of other guests disturbed me at night.

The hotel is nestled in a very central spot, just a short walk from the vibrant main square. I found great restaurants and famous attractions nearby. This made it easy to explore the city!!!

the staff were attentive. the owner surprised us with a special birthday celebration.

the room was located on the ground floor. a single thin wooden door separated it from the hotel entrance lobby. at night the noise of other guests disturbed us. there was no way to open the window to ventilate the room as the windows only open into the hotel entrance lobby.
